Company Affiliations are a new feature included in eModal’s Single Sign-On system. The Affiliation feature allows users to work with multiple companies in eModal through a single, secure login.
If you were previously logging in and out of multiple eModal accounts to manage appointments, fees, etc. for multiple companies, you can now consolidate these accounts to access all the information and tools you need for all the companies you work with, all in one place.
You’ll have the opportunity to add one or more Affiliations when you first login with the new Single Sign-On system. Click here to watch a brief tutorial video showing how to do this.
You can also add more Affiliations at any time through the main menu > Administration > User Profile. Scroll down to “My Affiliations” to view all current affiliations.
To add other companies you work with, click the red “Add” button on the right.
Enter part of the company name in the search bar and hit “enter” or click the search button. Select the company you wish to be affiliated to, enter any comments you’d like to include for the company’s Administrator, then click “Submit” to submit your request. You’ll see the company you’ve requested affiliation to listed under the Requested tab.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and your request will be reviewed by the company’s Administrator.
You can see a list of all the companies you’re affiliated to under the Approved tab, along with any comments from that company’s Administrator.
If you wish to re-submit an Affiliation request, click the re-submit button next to the Company Name. You can also cancel an Affiliation request at any time by clicking the X next to the Company Name.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your Affiliation request is approved.
To easily switch from one affiliated company to another while using eModal, click the Gear icon in the upper right corner, then click “My Primary Company” and select the company you’d like to access.
