Please note: Only your company's eModal Account Administrator has the authority to change payment source information in eModal. Only your administrator can grant you the ability to add or edit payment sources in eModal. Instructions for this can be found at the bottom of this article.
To add or edit your payment source(s), go to the Administration section of the eModal Menu, and click on Payment Source Management:
Click on the red circle with the plus sign in the upper right corner of the Payment Source Management Page and input the required information including name, address, and credit card number. Under Authorized Users, you can add the capability to use the payment source.
(Please note that the Country Code, in the Phone field, is mandatory)
If you are an administrator on your company's account you can also add a Security Group to which you can grant the ability to give the ability to adjust payment sources. This can be done in the Security Group Management screen located under the Administration section in eModal:
